What We Do

Diffenbaugh & Associates, Inc. recruits physicians, period. All day, every day of the year we recruit physicians for our clients’ organizations throughout the United States. We serve the needs of group practices, single and multi system hospitals, medical schools and academic groups, specialty hospitals and community-based programs in all but a handful of states throughout the United States. Over the years we have recruited and placed hundreds of physicians for our clients. We attribute our success to: the retention of our associates in the firm, our experiences, our values and our methods.

Who Pays?

About the Recruitment Fees, Please Note: Our client companies pay all fees and approved visitation expenses. Many hospitals and physician practices choose to utilize recruitment firms rather than setting up a department which sits idle much of the year. The use of recruitment firms has proven to be efficient and cost effective.

The fees that are paid to recruitment firms are budgeted items and do not impact the physician's salaries or income guarantees.
