Consultative Role
Before initiating any search activity, we assist in designing the expected
qualifications of the candidate, the procedures for scheduling visits and
mutual expectations of the client, the physician and the firm. If requested,
we will help develop a comprehensive package that includes compensation,
benefits, management and marketing assistance and appropriate financials
that meet the needs of the physician as well as the capabilities of the client.
Fees
Our fee allows the client to know the exact cost of our professional services.
In addition, our fees are contingent on you recruiting and hiring one of
our candidates. And if the physician leaves within 3 months, through no fault
of the client, we will initiate the search again at no additional expense.
